Job requirements:

- Suitable candidates must have 1-4 years of New Zealand experience as an Assistant Project Manager - Must have experience working for a project management consultancy in NZ or AUS - Experience in delivering vertical construction projects in commercial, industrial, education, aged-care & fit-out sectors - High level of communication skills and proven collaborative ability - Understanding of NZ building standards and the tendering process - Related qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Property

Job responsibilities:

- Overseeing all project activities throughout the complete project life-cycle - Identifying project scope, goals, and deliverables - Programme and Cost Management - Procurement and overseeing the tender process - Excellent communication with all stakeholders - Design Management and assisting in managing the consent process - Manage external consultants to optimize best practice and construction delivery - Working closely with the current project management team and leadership to deliver projects

Qualifications:

- Related qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Property

Skills:

- High level of communication skills - Proven collaborative ability - Understanding of NZ building standards and the tendering process
