Job Description

We are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our successful team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Chinese and English, with 1-2 years of work experience in real estate, hospitality, marketing, or management. While property management experience is not necessary, strong writing skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Strong writing skills for business correspondence
• Ability to perform marketing tasks
• Managing a portfolio of properties
• Processing maintenance requests
• Coordinating meetings and appointments
• Providing office support
• Offering high-level service in property management

Requirements

• 1-2 years of industry experience
• New Zealand Bachelor’s degree or higher
• NZ Full License preferred
