Job Description
We are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our successful team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Chinese and English, with 1-2 years of work experience in real estate, hospitality, marketing, or management. While property management experience is not necessary, strong writing skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Strong writing skills for business correspondence
- Ability to perform marketing tasks
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Processing maintenance requests
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Providing office support
- Offering high-level service in property management
Requirements
- 1-2 years of industry experience
- New Zealand Bachelor’s degree or higher
- NZ Full License preferred
