Job Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis to oversee a portfolio of approximately 90 properties. If you thrive in a collaborative, small-team environment, this position is perfect for you. The responsibilities include:

• Overseeing rent collection and tenant relations
• Monitoring and enforcing tenancy agreements
• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs
• Responding to tenant inquiries and complaints
• Managing vendors and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations

Requirements for Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Proficiency in property management software such as Palace, PropertyMe, or similar platforms
• Mandarin language proficiency is highly preferred due to interactions with Chinese landlords
