Your responsibilities will span across financial services, general corporate matters, commercial law, and corporate finance. The role is full-time with flexible working arrangements, providing you with a diverse and challenging workload.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer in New Zealand
• 5-7 years of experience as an Associate or newly qualified Senior Associate
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively
• Experience in corporate law, commercial law, and corporate finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
