Requirements for the Role

The ideal candidate for this position should:

• Be a NZ qualified lawyer with 2-3 years of legal experience in criminal law
• Have experience at PAL 1 level or above, classified by the Ministry of Justice
• Demonstrate the ability to run and manage criminal cases effectively
• Show a desire to lead and mentor junior team members
• Have a track record of leadership and management experience, not necessarily limited to the legal field
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
