The Role of Associate Producer

Rangiata Sky is seeking a passionate sports enthusiast with a talent for storytelling to join our dynamic Sky Sport team as an Associate Producer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating content, including feature stories and teasers, collaborating with senior producers, and guiding production assistants to deliver top-notch sports production.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Producers to fulfill content objectives
• Create packaged content and online materials
• Perform desktop editing and research
• Source key content to support programming
• Guide Production Assistants and manage content archives

Qualifications and Benefits

Essential qualifications for the role include proficiency in Microsoft Office, NCEA Level 3 in English and Maths, and a strong understanding of digital and social media. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in media or sports production.
