About the Role

As the Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will work closely with the CEO to identify, convert, and manage commercial partnership opportunities for Athletics New Zealand. Your primary goal will be to maximize the value and reach for the organization's commercial partners through innovative strategies and creative leverage opportunities. You will be responsible for nurturing existing partnerships, securing renewals, and ensuring that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new commercial revenue opportunities
• Manage and retain existing commercial partnerships
• Develop creative leverage opportunities for partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
• Ensure partner satisfaction and exceed expectations

What We're Looking For

If you have a proven track record in business development, partnership management, or sales, this role is for you. We are seeking a dynamic individual with the following qualifications:

• Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative approach
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems (preferred)
• A passion for sports and recreation
