Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Funnel Management: Ensure marketing campaigns generate a robust lead funnel for quality franchise prospects.
• Business Prospecting: Prospect for new business across commercial markets and vet prospects for brand alignment.
• Franchise Sales: Drive sales efforts to convert leads into successful franchise partnerships.
• Onboarding and Success: Ensure seamless onboarding for new franchise partners and create partnerships reflecting brand values.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of franchise sales or sales experience in a service industry.
• Strong self-motivation and engagement skills.
• Outcome-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, IT systems, and CRM.
