Auckland Retail Manager Full-time Job

Job responsibilities:

- Leading and motivating part-time retail staff - Managing rostering and general employment queries - Overseeing store operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance - Delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships - Achieving and exceeding sales targets - Maintaining a positive store atmosphere - VIP event hosting and clienting - Prompt completion of administrative duties - Inventory management and operational performance - Collaborating with the wider Yu Mei team

Qualifications:

- One or more years of experience in a similar role preferred - Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong organizational skills - Experience in using Google Suite, Shopify, Cin7, and Gorgias beneficial
