Role Overview

As an AV Technical Pre-Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, implement, and support Ricoh's Hybrid Workplace solutions. Your problem-solving skills, adaptability, and focus on customer relations will be paramount as you navigate through different scenarios and provide outstanding service. Your responsibilities will range from consulting with customers to providing technical guidance and training.

Key Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of AV technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV Control Systems, Distributed AV Over IP Solutions, Networked Audio, and DSP Solutions.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical aptitude and exposure to XTen AV preferred.
• Sound knowledge of AV design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative designs.
• Create proposals, pricing, and technical support documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure accurate designs and smooth implementations.
• Resolve technical issues and provide necessary training to customers and internal teams.
• Assist in the selling of Ricoh's products and contribute to process improvements.
