### Join Our Digital Innovation Team Contact Energy is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Digital team. As the Digital Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping best-in-class customer experiences and driving innovative digital propositions. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in supporting Contact Energy's transformation into a digital-first organization.

### Responsibilities of the Role - Identify opportunities to enhance Contact Energy's digital channels - Ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences - Communicate the digital product vision and business benefits - Prioritize and maintain the product backlog for optimal customer experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions - Analyze user feedback and data to drive continuous improvement

### Qualifications and Skills - 2-5 years of experience in leading transformation projects as a product owner/manager - Deep knowledge of digital channels and customer engagement applications - Proficiency in user requirements gathering and prioritization - Experience in building high-quality digital experiences and products - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business transformation
