Job requirements

• Work within a cold room environment 7 degrees
• Work with Beef, lamb, Chicken, Pork and Seafood
• Work within a team-based environment
• Consistent and repetitive lifting of up to 15kg
• Own car and current driver's licence
• Flexible with working days including weekend work
• Working rights in New Zealand

Job responsibilities

• Cutting and processing orders to customers specifications
• Ensure portion and quality control standards are met
• Safely operate and maintain the butchery machinery
• Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety Rules
• Clean the Machinery daily, post production

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug test, Ministry Of Justice screening and Dexterity testing
