Job Responsibilities

- Making and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment - Managing inventory, ordering, and maintaining bar equipment - Training and mentoring team members - Providing excellent customer service and building relationships - Handling transactions accurately and efficiently - Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean bar area - Creating innovative and delicious drinks

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of bartender experience with 2 years in a senior role - Knowledge of drinks, ingredients, techniques, and trends - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment - Current Alcohol Manager's Certificate
