- Casual Duty Managers/Bar Staff needed for Charter Vessels in Westhaven Marina, Auckland - Customer service and/or hospitality experience required - Bar Managers Certificate / LCQ Qualification advantageous - Services include Party Cruises, Corporate Charters, Riverhead Cruises, and Island excursions - Must be comfortable and confident on the water for extended periods - Weekend and evening availability required

Job responsibilities

- Greeting customers and checking them in at boarding - Working behind the bar and assisting with on board catering - Managing parties on board and ensuring Health and Safety compliance - Assisting the skipper with departures and arrivals - Following on board checklists for correct processes - Contributing to creating an unforgettable experience for passengers - Post-cruise cleaning, restocking, stock takes, and cash ups

Qualifications

- Bar Managers Certificate / LCQ Qualification preferred
