About the Position

The firm is currently looking for a qualified Business Advisory Services Accountant at Manager level to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BAS, ideally from a mid-tier or big 4 environment. Responsibilities for this role include reviewing financial statements, advising clients on tax compliance matters, assisting with accounting and management issues, and reviewing the work of in-house accountants.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a sound knowledge of NZ tax legislation, working knowledge of MYOB AO/Xero, and full membership of CAANZ. Previous BAS experience in a reputable NZ CA firm is also required. Additionally, you must have the legal right to work in NZ and be currently living in the country.
