Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, payroll, administration, and the development of internal control policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include overseeing the accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, preparing financial statements, maintaining budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring cash flow, and providing strategic recommendations for improving profitability and operational efficiency. This hands-on role involves managing one direct report and requires a combination of attention to detail and a strategic mindset.

Profile Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic Finance Manager who can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Candidates should be CA/CPA qualified with previous experience in a similar finance role within the IT/Tech sector. Strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, self-drive, and a passion for process improvements are key attributes for success in this position.
