About the Role

As a BAS Manager Accountant, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, ranging from SMEs to larger corporations with turnovers exceeding $100M. Your responsibilities will include reviewing team work, managing workflows, and providing a range of consulting services such as financial planning, budgeting, and business valuations. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing annual financial statements for clients and implementing ownership structures.

Requirements and Benefits

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of BAS experience in a reputable NZ CA firm and excellent communication skills. The firm offers a competitive salary ranging from $120K to $160K per annum, depending on experience level. With a 37.5-hour workweek and flexible start/finish times, they prioritize work-life balance and employee well-being.
