About Kelly Club

At Kelly Club, we have been inspiring and caring for Kiwi kids since 2007, with over 4 million booked sessions. As a Programme Coordinator based in Ellerslie, Auckland, you will play a vital role in maintaining our trusted reputation and ensuring that children have a fun and enriching experience in our programmes.

Job Responsibilities

As a Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing programme delivery within schools, overseeing permanent and casual staff, and ensuring that kids are well-cared for and engaged in our activities. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with children, parents, caregivers, and school personnel while leading your own team to create a positive and inspiring environment for all.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be at least 20 years of age, kind, organised, punctual, and enthusiastic about working with children. Leadership qualities, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team are essential. As we work with children, child safety is our top priority, and all successful applicants are required to undergo a Police Check.
