Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to fulfill the dual role of Bookkeeper and Office Administrator. Responsibilities include:

Bookkeeping:

  • Recording financial transactions using Xero and MS suits
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Filing GST/PAYE

Office Administration:

  • Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Handling calls and emails
  • Assisting with HR tasks
  • Maintaining a clean office environment

Qualifications

Requirements for this role:

  • Proficiency in office software, especially Excel and Xero
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic HR tasks

Education

A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or business administration is preferred but not required.
