Overview

A Branch Manager position is available at a well-known and successful New Zealand business specializing in logistics and transport services. The role involves leading the Auckland team, overseeing branch operational performance, and providing exceptional leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of over 100 members
  • Manage branch KPIs and operational costs
  • Ensure branch performance meets DIFOT standards
  • Supervise casual labor and contractors
  • Support sales and customer services teams
  • Conduct performance reviews with key customers
  • Oversee branch Profit & Loss reporting
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in 3PL or Transport industry
  • Proven track record in operations and team leadership
  • Background in sales or customer services is a plus
  • Commercial acumen with budget responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
