Overview
A Branch Manager position is available at a well-known and successful New Zealand business specializing in logistics and transport services. The role involves leading the Auckland team, overseeing branch operational performance, and providing exceptional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of over 100 members
- Manage branch KPIs and operational costs
- Ensure branch performance meets DIFOT standards
- Supervise casual labor and contractors
- Support sales and customer services teams
- Conduct performance reviews with key customers
- Oversee branch Profit & Loss reporting
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in 3PL or Transport industry
- Proven track record in operations and team leadership
- Background in sales or customer services is a plus
- Commercial acumen with budget responsibilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
