About the Role:

In this role as a Transport Network Operator, you will play a crucial part in helping people plan their journeys across Auckland and the upper North Island. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to events across the transport network, providing traveler information in real time, and working with a diverse team to enhance road safety.

Skills and Experience:

• Customer-focused experience
• Proficiency in tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
