About the Role

This role presents a rare opportunity for a dynamic professional with proven brand & marketing experience to join their marketing team. The focus will be on driving strong brand, trade marketing, PR, and social initiatives to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Responsibilities include leading brand marketing efforts, managing trade marketing initiatives, and overseeing social platform communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Lead brand marketing calendars for multiple brands across wholesale and eCom channels.
• Manage wholesale trade marketing initiatives for in-store and digital platforms.
• Oversee brand communications on social platforms for brand, product, and eCom content.
• Develop and manage budgets for brand marketing activities to ensure efficient resource allocation and ROI analysis.

About You

• Proven experience in a Brand Marketing role within the retail and/or wholesale industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Experience in successfully introducing a brand to the New Zealand and/or Australian market would be advantageous.
