About the Role:

Initially based on a commercial project in Auckland central, this role has the potential to expand to multiple projects. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise in the Building Services space, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, overseeing health and safety procedures, and handling documentation and reporting tasks.

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in a similar role with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Commercial Construction company in New Zealand.
