Job Opportunity: Business Development & Campaign Director at The Creative Store

About the Company:

The Creative Store, a well-regarded indie agency based in Parnell, Auckland, is currently seeking a Business Development and Campaign Director to join their team. If you are a seasoned professional with experience in a senior Client Manager role and have a passion for driving business growth and overseeing campaign strategies, this role might be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine strategic recommendations for new and current business
• Present and oversee the implementation of these recommendations
• Build trusted relationships with all members of the Client team
• Manage client campaigns and ensure successful campaign delivery
• Supervise creative work, studio, artwork, video production, among other tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Prior experience in a senior Client Manager role
• Strong digital capabilities, including proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Google Suite
• Excellent understanding of creative campaigns and audience engagement
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive the Agency’s strategy
• Attention to detail and a self-starter mindset

Benefits:
