Job Overview: Business Development Manager

Fusion Property Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, results-driven, and have a background in commercial cleaning and Facilities Management. The key responsibilities include expanding the client base, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to expand the client base.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Develop strategic partnerships with new and existing clients.
• Write business proposals, review contracts, and negotiate with key stakeholders.
• Provide quotes for new business opportunities after site inspections.
• Work on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with the director.
• Have a tertiary qualification in business development, economics, finance, or marketing.
• Possess high computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft programs for sales presentations.
• Identify innovative marketing solutions and manage content for the company's website.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in business development, economics, finance, or marketing. They should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently. Prior experience in the commercial cleaning and Facilities Management sector is preferred.
