About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Kindo, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the education sector. Your role will involve creating and executing a sales strategy to engage with educational institutions across New Zealand, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and securing new business opportunities to meet sales targets. Collaboration with the Marketing team and Customer Success Managers is also key to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong alignment with sales team values such as Grit, Courage, and Integrity. You should be resilient, disciplined, and possess experience in Business Development within SaaS or targeting clients in the education sector. Demonstrated success in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities are essential for this position.
