The Pond Recruitment is currently seeking a Business Development Representative on behalf of their respected and established HubSpot Solution Partner client.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this intermediate-level position should have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of B2B sales. Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce is required, with a background in CRM or Marketing Automation considered an advantage. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new client and partner opportunities globally, engaging key decision-makers, scheduling meetings, and meeting monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing advanced prospecting tools to identify potential clients
- Developing outreach campaigns to engage clients and partners
- Generating pipelines from inbound and outbound sources
- Learning about marketing automation services and B2B commerce systems
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant Business Development Representative experience
- Knowledge of eCommerce systems or platforms
- Understanding of common B2B business issues and opportunities
- Experience in Marketing Automation is a bonus
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with eCommerce systems and platforms
- Proficiency in CRM/Automation Software, preferably HubSpot
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and KPIs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Benefits and Salary:
The position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, in addition to KiwiSaver and commission opportunities.
