Salary: Competitive base salary of $140k + 8% commission on all new annual revenue

Job Description:

Are you an ambitious and talented agency activator with a passion for securing new business and providing top-notch client service? Our client, a full-service independent creative agency in Auckland, is looking for a proactive and strategic business development expert to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acquiring new clients and maintaining high-level relationships in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business plans and strategies
• Network and leverage existing relationships to acquire new clients
• Create powerful RFP pitches and lead generation initiatives
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns for clients
• Build and retain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of creative, digital, or marketing agency experience
• At least 2 years of experience in new business acquisition
• Well-connected in the agency and client world
• Proven success in campaign management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
