About the Job

RNZ is looking for an experienced radio programming professional to take on the role of National Content Director. This critical position involves supporting the development of RNZ National brand both on-air and online. As a key senior role at RNZ, the National Content Director leads the live listening radio team, manages content development and production leaders, and contributes to strategic planning.

About You

If you have great people leadership skills, industry experience in talk radio programming and management, and familiarity with broadcast journalism and multimedia platforms, you could be the perfect fit for this role. Coaching and mentoring skills, along with editorial knowledge, are essential to inspire the team to create unique, relevant content and programming for current and future audiences.
