Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily be involved in preparing financial statements and taxation returns for a diverse range of clients. While there is some processing work involved, this firm is not just a 'factory' churning out sets of financial statements. Your focus will be on minimizing overall taxation liability for clients, establishing effective structures, and providing proactive assistance.

The SME client base includes large groups with inter-entity transactions, as well as individual taxpayers with specific taxation issues such as overseas investments, CFC or FIF disclosures, exchange variation calculations, and accruals rules calculations. Familiarity with MYOB Accountants Office, MYOB AE, and Microsoft XP is preferred, with knowledge of Xero and other MYOB products considered an advantage.
