Cafe Manager / Assistant Manager Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of management experience
Strong business management skills
Excellent decision-making abilities
Experience in staff training, customer service, and stock management
Current manager's certificate

Head Barista Requirements:

Prior barista and hospitality experience
Ability to produce high-quality coffee efficiently
Outstanding customer service skills
Experience with stock management and staff supervision

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $70,000 per year
