About the Role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Andiamo Eatery, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating a fun and engaging work environment for staff
• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure a harmonious relationship across all departments
• Training employees and leading by example in customer service
• Exceeding guest expectations in service, food, and beverage quality
• Handling cash, reconciliation of tills, and administrative duties
• Participating in events and promotions to drive business awareness and sales
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and alcohol laws

Requirements and Benefits

• 2 years of management experience

• LCQ and New Zealand General Managers certificate or willingness to obtain
