The Environment

Operating 7 days a week, the shifts at Bluebells Cakery are balanced for a total of 35-40 hours over 5 shifts. The team works collaboratively to support each other in various tasks. The cafe serves as a place for hosting High Teas, pre-ordered cake collections, and providing guidance for online orders, creating a dynamic and engaging work environment.

The Team

The supervisor role at Bluebells Cakery will involve leading the fast-paced FOH team at the Kingsland cafe. As the first point of contact for the team, you will be supported by the Group Front of House Manager and the wider company. This position offers career progression opportunities and a chance to be part of a dedicated and supportive team.

Requirements

• Reside in NZ with the right to work for at least 12 months
• 1-2 years of experience in cafes and hospitality
• Process-driven with attention to detail
• Availability to work weekends in the 7-day operation
