Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the client with professionalism and excellence as the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Manage reception duties seamlessly, addressing inquiries and coordinating services efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the facilities and security teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance tasks and uphold safety standards.
  • Monitor access control and CCTV systems to maintain a secure environment.
  • Program and manage staff badges to streamline access processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing needs.
  • Willingness to undergo training in security protocols and systems.
  • Security license and clean criminal record required.
  • Full New Zealand driver's license is an advantage.
