If you are passionate about sustainability, waste management, and facilities operations, this role might be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate custodial services and monitor service adequacy
  • Facilitate waste and recycling services
  • Ensure preventative maintenance programs for building and window wash
  • Manage the registered and non-registered vehicle fleet
  • Ensure contractual compliance and service deliverables
  • Monitor and audit service standards
  • Create a conducive environment for staff, students, and visitors

Qualifications and Skills Required

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Higher Education Qualification or relevant professional experience
  • Experience in managing contracted services
  • Understanding of Health and Safety Standards and Worksafe practices
  • Strong communication and auditing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based systems

Work Environment

As a Campus Services Coordinator, you will work closely with the Campus Operations Manager and other members of the property team. While most of the work will be based at the Symonds Street campus, occasional travel around Auckland, including satellite campuses, may be required for meetings and inspections.
