Your Role:

As a Real Estate Data and Client Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing our database, and driving marketing initiatives to enhance our company's brand awareness. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Client/Stakeholder Outreach:

  • Initiating contact with clients/stakeholders via phone calls and emails using our proprietary ROAM CRM system
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on job opportunities, valuation requests, and feedback to nurture positive relationships

Database Management:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information within the ROAM CRM database
  • Updating client records, notes, and interactions to facilitate seamless communication and service delivery

Marketing Initiatives:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our company's brand awareness and profile
  • Collaborating with the Valuers to create compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media updates

Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Experience using CRM/Data Management systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining client records
  • Creative thinking and an innovative mindset for marketing initiatives
