Job responsibilities:

- Design a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with GSS Programme objectives - Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement plan - Execute and manage a communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives

Qualifications:

- Experienced change management professional - Strong understanding of organisational transformation - Extensive experience in change management, communications, HR, and operational roles

Skills:

- Ability to engage stakeholders and influence leaders - Experience in guiding employees through transitions in large, complex organisations
