About the Role
As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading all change management aspects of a significant enterprise-wide business transformation and technology project. Working in collaboration with the project delivery team and various stakeholders, you will ensure the successful delivery of this transformative project. Your responsibilities include driving engagement, fostering adoption, and minimizing disruptions to facilitate a smooth transition for internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in change management
- Demonstrated ability to influence external businesses and internal stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
