Change Manager - Border Clearance Services Full-time Job

Key points:

- Permanent full-time Change Manager role - Location options: Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch - Salary range: $117,035 to $156,888 - Focus on supporting change and transformation projects - Hands-on role with strategic and operational outcomes

Job requirements:

- Experience in leading and delivering initiatives for innovation and efficiency - Strong analysis skills and ability to consider risks and possible solutions - Extensive experience in business improvement and program delivery - Advanced writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

Job responsibilities:

- Develop, drive, and implement projects and programs to support Biosecurity New Zealand's frontline service delivery - Oversee and report on directorate-level change initiatives - Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure processes are mapped and risks are managed - Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness and implement continuous improvement processes

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in writing business cases and executive-level documents - Ability to communicate complex issues to various audiences - Experience in facilitating positive discussions and collaborative working groups

Skills:

- Enabling positive outcomes and removing barriers - Influencing positive results and driving innovation - Bringing people along in the change journey - Identifying inefficiencies and areas for enhancement in processes
