Job requirements:

Job responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen - Taking care of daily food preparation and assigned duties - Supervising junior chefs and commis - Estimating daily production needs and ensuring food quality standards are met - Maintaining awareness of menu items, recipes, and presentation standards - Operating and maintaining department equipment - Ensuring effective communication and a friendly working environment - Producing work following deadlines and assisting others - Carrying out any other duties as required
