About the Role

Reporting to our passionate Chief Executive Officer, you will enhance customer experience, optimise value delivery, and manage key customer relationships. This executive role is essential for driving business transformation, implementing data-driven strategies, and fostering innovation across customer-facing functions.

Responsibilities

- Lead the customer and sales team, promoting a high performing and positive culture - Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth - Build and maintain strategically critical relationships - Drive business development and build sales centre of excellence - Execute cutting edge marketing strategy - Innovate customer experience, ensuring we maintain high levels of satisfaction

Qualifications

- Seasoned with change and leading and transforming teams - Execution focused and able to work autonomously, with a high level of motivation - Focused on achieving targets and comfortable with high levels of complexity and ambiguity - Able to manage a range of responsibilities and projects, with excellent time management - A strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills - Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or similar - Proven leadership experience and skills
