Children's & Families Pastor Full-time Job

Key points:

- Part-time position (8 hours per week) - 12-month fixed term contract - Small church community with a focus on children and families - Role based in Avondale, at the West End Rowing Club - Opportunity to lead engaging Sunday sessions and work with parents

Job requirements:

- Heart for children and families - Passion for helping children grow in their faith - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods

Job responsibilities:

- Lead engaging Sunday sessions for children - Provide creative and interactive Bible teaching - Create a nurturing environment for spiritual growth - Support and encourage parents in nurturing faith in their children

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in working with children and families - Understanding of the Christian faith and teachings

Skills:

- Enthusiastic and compassionate - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create a safe and inclusive environment
