Engagement Specialist Full-time Job

Key points:

- Engagement Specialist position available in Auckland and Wellington - Permanent, full-time role with a salary range of $109,697 - $136,512 - Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with ethnic communities and businesses - Expected to attend engagements with stakeholders and produce accountability documents

Job requirements:

- Demonstrated experience working with ethnic communities and businesses - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written - Minimum 5 years' experience in the public sector or working with ethnic communities - University degree or equivalent relevant experience - IAP2 certification desirable

Qualifications:

- University degree or equivalent experience relevant to the role

Skills:

- Ability to identify trends, synthesize complex information, and communicate effectively - Strong organizational and influencing skills - Proficiency in English communication - Familiarity with preparing accountability documents
