Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Civil Engineer within the Land Development team, you will be involved in the design and delivery of various land development and infrastructure projects. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in civil land development projects, where you will demonstrate your expertise in areas such as roadways, subdivisions, earthworks, drainage, and stormwater systems.

Requirements for the Role

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Civil or Land Development Engineering
• Proficiency in software such as 12D, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
• 4+ years of experience in land development design in Auckland
• Ability to engage in site visits and interact effectively with clients and contractors
• Strong communication skills
