Civil Foreman Full-time Job

Key points:

Job requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in civil infrastructure - Valid class 1 Full Driver’s license - New Zealand citizen, resident, or valid work visa - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test - Provide references to verify experience

Job responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a crew on-site - Ensure works are carried out on time and within budget - Maintain accurate records and paperwork - Manage allocation of supplies, resources, materials, and equipment - Maintain relationships with subcontractors, clients, project managers, and suppliers - Follow strict safety procedures on site - Ensure team is well trained and competent

Qualifications:

- Tertiary education qualification in civil construction is an advantage

Skills:

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans - Experience in civil, drainage, earthworks, and streetscapes/roading - Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to leadership
