Responsibilities

As a Commercial Property Claims Manager, you will be responsible for: - Managing a portfolio of claims in accordance with best practices and delegated authority limits - Providing advice on product coverage following agreed processes - Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships - Collaborating with the Claims Management Team to implement new initiatives for improved business performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in Claims Management - Experience in handling Business Interruption, Material Damage, and Contract work claims - A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Strong knowledge of Insurance Claims discipline and supporting processes - Excellent written, verbal communication, and analytical skills - Familiarity with commercial and/or personal lines insurance products
