Your Role at AIG

As a Business Package Senior Underwriter at AIG, you will be responsible for finding insurance solutions in areas such as Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, and Multinational Clients. You will work closely with a team of SME underwriters to provide business package solutions for new and renewal business to our broking network. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining broker relationships, mentoring junior team members, and assisting with strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and underwriting of multi-line Commercial Lines business
• Building and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents
• Driving growth on assigned target accounts
• Quote and underwrite new and renewal opportunities
• Manage referrals from team members

Qualifications for Success

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Extensive knowledge of Commercial property and casualty underwriting
• Client-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial insurance/finance/legal environment
• Awareness of developments and trends in the commercial sector
