Responsibilities of the Position

• Operating trucks and trailers for transporting equipment and materials to and from sites
• Ensuring in-transit load security and compliance with transport industry regulations
• Cleaning and maintaining machines and equipment
• Performing loading, unloading, and securing of stores and materials
• Supervising or assisting with truck loading and maintenance
• Conducting minor equipment servicing as needed
• Adhering to safety standards, deadlines, and quality targets
• Completing daily pre-start checks and documentation
• Assisting with general site activities and labor tasks

Requirements for Success

• Valid NZ Work Visa/PR/RV
• Class 4 NZ Driver License
• Experience in civil work is advantageous
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and good time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and police vetting

Position Details

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week, working between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. The role is located in New Lynn, Auckland.
