Are you a passionate and self-motivated Quantity Surveyor looking for an opportunity to lead and manage commercial new builds and fitouts in Auckland? Our client, a main contractor specializing in commercial projects, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee multiple projects and ensure successful outcomes. If you have a background in Quantity Surveying/Estimating and the ability to work autonomously, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and procurement
• Subcontractor management
• Tender preparation and analysis
• Managing pricing of a tender process
• Ensuring profitable outcomes on jobs across Auckland

Experience Needed

The ideal candidate should have:

• A background in Quantity Surveying/Estimating
• Experience working on various sized projects
• Good understanding of the New Zealand construction market
• Excellent communication skills
