Role Responsibilities

• Leadership and coordination of resident care
• Improving and monitoring the quality of care
• Leading and motivating the team of Registered Nurses and care partners
• Working with the roster Administrator to ensure quality balance
• Managing medical supply costs

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should be a Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate, have experience managing large teams, and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar environment in New Zealand. Additionally, a passion for aged care and creating a culture of value and respect for residents is essential.
